I had tomato and avocado salad with some miso in it and I had many avocados just like that.

I also, with a mandolin, sliced thin, bananas and soaked them in lime juice and ginger vitamixed together and then dehydrated them with mango chips as well..

Mbh has a partnership in this condo. he told me last night. We were on the 40th floor on the beautiful balcony and the view is amazing..these sliding doors light up blue too its cool , the whole place.

Avocado and dates smoothies, all I had in my suitcase and my travel blender. Ii ate some oranges and bananas in the airport.

Ok I had a green salad. I do that every once in a while. it was nice.

I did my hair in this salon called Portfolio on Miracle mile,


Aanyways my hairdresser, this hot cute chick kind of knew she messed up the last time and fried my hair so this time she toned it down, as you can see its darker, just a little though, i love highlights, but if you mess up bleaching it stays bleached so she was nice enough to fix it a little. i love her. we talk about stupid things while I sit there and she foils up my hair.

washing out my hair I saw Dr 90210 and it was so gross, that show is disgusting, people are, I couldnt belive these cute faced girls with bellies that looked like elephants

me and MBh watched Chappelle shows ( on comedy central) the lost episodes, my god, THE GUY IS A COMIC GENIUS

When I close my eyes I see him.

He is so sensitive, like his emotions flow out, into me , into the air around him.

being fruitarian now, I feel way more things, sense energies, so easy, like its real, if it is,

"My Beautiful Horse" has so much, flowing around him and its of love, 

I see the love in him, at times, in the middle of conversations, it betrays itself..it can't hide from me.. its there.

I see the beauty..I see the love in his words, even though he eats cold cans of chef boyardee beef ravioli barf ...ahem...he has light..a light , like a wispy willow white invisble breath, cold air...spirit...and when he speaks the goodness comes out of his mouth and trails around his face.

Like falling in love with a flower on LSD, but without the drugs, i am lost in its beauty until its nothign but pleasure and I am one with the purple glowing flower.

I want to start putting my energy into people, just like that, just put it in people when i speak, not like in my day to day regualr existence, (in my spiritual world )where I spiritually ignore everybody, even while in the middle of conversation with them..or just waiting til they leave me alone...while talking to them..or brushing their advances off... and being closed while I am in front of them..pretending to listen..no,

but its like when you talk to someone and your eyes are shut,you are blind..take away your eyes for a second when you talk to someone and are you really there, in the present talking to them or somewhere else and dont even know it..just waiting for them to leave you alone..or whatever..
are you focused on them or some other thought?

i want to focus my energy into people, directly , when I speak and communicate.

I mean there are so many people, and today i watched two strangers talk to each other the entire plane trip and it amazed me, i would be totally bored in a second talking to some normal girl. I mean you have to be EXTRA special for me to like talking to you, yes, its true. You have to be intellectual and rich and handsome or hot as hell or young and slutty..

i guess i am a snob, a big one, but i can't talk or engage in conversations that I feel forced into. people come up to me all the time and start talking. i am like a child, i dont smile or anything, just look away.

I made today some avocado and date and fig smoothie, I ate some grapes, Yesterday I mixed guacamole with tomato salad.

I bought a Cherimoya, perfectly soft and ripe, the "best tasting" fruit, its claim to fame, it sure is gonna be good today.

I was watching the Girls Next door episodes, I love it, It is funny. I love Holly, "the sweet one"

guess what there is a monster media convention here and freddie Krueger is here, as well as other stars, and the lines are crazy, there are punk kids everywhere and they are so beautiful. Big Big mohawks that are black and green and tattoed girls with piercings and cute retro girls.

You dont see that in miami either

I have stopped using dates in my smoothies, because I can't find any that are good and fresh, and you know, what i already feel so much better, my body feels lighter and cleaner. I just made two avocado and banana smoothies.

Today I made some avocado and banana smoothies.

I have been thinking of good thoughts go to heaven and bad to earth.
yes it seems like it would make sense, poetically, but noone can prove it.

A frutitarian on a board says that that is why earthquakes and stuff happens because of our thoughts, but I don't believe it! But it is interesting to imagine, I guess. Fruitarians are very ethereal.

Its the same thing as all the raw foodists discussing what they discuss...these boards all have their idiosyncrasies.

as I eat fruit i notice I only have more and more good thoughts.

In dealing with others, I am always centered and always am in control.

I like that.

I have been watching tv, I feel like a child, flipping channels until I see something pretty..
pretty face usually. Something pretty to look at.

Yesterday I ate all these peaches.

There is a hurricane coming to Florida, or tropical storm. I am in Cherry Hill NJ though and my flight is thursday to come home. I hope it is no big deal, I want it to be no big deal.

I mentioned I gave up dates because I cant find good ones around here and my body feels cleaner. It does, lighter, and withotu the sweet is tatses good.

I love fruit, I do,

I had a supermarket Cherimoya and thought it was ripe but when I opened it was brown in parts and I threw it out, same thing happened with supermarket papaya, it was too ripe and fell apart. Fruit has to be juicy for me to eat it. Even if Avocados start getting those strings in them i cannot eat. Has to be perfect or I throw it out.

I wish I could throw the seeds out the window, hahah but papayas dont grow in NJ

Its funny, I always notice I have a tan when I am up north, its normal to me.

I feel lighter then air. I am a couch potato recently.

I was doing core and step and ballet and lifting weights and running ( my last time was 9:05 MILE) in Miami. Now I am a couch potato. Cherry Hill, New jersey is very nice and peaceful.


I can't wait to see the survivor with the teams spilt up by races.

I wish I was in Ballet class, kicking and throwing my arms around. Jumping and pointing my toes and having my head turned to its prettiest side. Its so repetetive but sometimes I listen to the music instead of the teacher's voice and I instinctively know what to do.

I miss Passion Fruit in my smoothies, they add such a nice tropical taste, kind of like lemon/lime/orange juice does. I hear Passion Fruit makes you sleepy. yummy makes me want some, I want to live my existence in dream state.

I got this recipe this fruitarian, swears by it, to blend orange with the peel with a banana and some honey or what not and a little juice and then use it as a cream and add whatever fruit comes to hand: chopped apple, chopped peeled grapefruit, seedless grapes, also dried stuff if you fancy it such as raisins, chopped dates. Finally a small handful of chopped nuts. I am wondering what orange peel tatses like. HMMMMM

Or you can use lime peels or lemon, vitamixed into smoothies or creams or you can grate the peel into the salads.. weird huh, I will try

I have a TV crush on TUCKER CARLSON he has a show "Beat the press", on msnbc.

my god, gorgeous men do exist. sigh. of course they do. They are everywhere.

I am so happy today. My life looks so happy. It does. I am glad to have everything I want. I am headed in such a great direction. I mean, a life where everything is perfect and is a fantasy.. cannot be that boring right? I am filled with awe at everything. Wherever my mind goes I get those things in real life. Like gifts. I do, I get gifts that I think about.

I have a lifetime of the greatest bestest friends, I have such nice clothes and I get such pretty gifts . People treat me so nice. I am taken care of. I am. I am very talented. i can draw like you wouldn't believe. I love to paint and I do portraits of oil or acrylic. I have such pretty jewelry and I go to dance classes and I lift weights and excerise and I eat so well. I eat so it makes me like light.

i am so in awe, i am, Life is so great. Anything you want you can get and things just fall the way you want them too, My life just falls whatever door I open.

Even if something bad happens, it is something I wanted once and opened that door, but I changed my mind, get it, everything that happens you asked for. Or karma came ..and so my life is like one big futre, that is all there is, the greatest future ever.

My life is just that, my greatest future ever, and I am going to do and get everything I want.

I want it all.
