Today I just ate all the leftovers in fridge.
Spinach tossed with flax oil/sundried tomatoes slices/Irish Moss ( a seaweed)/cucumbers and celery.
I finished all the coconut macaroon cookies. Me and my chihuahua did.
By the way, my chihuahua eats whatever I eat usually.
I opened up a bunch of green water coconuts.I mixed some MSM with it.
I had 3 bottles liquid acidophillus, BIO k brand. Tastes so good.
I had an Earl Grey tea out at starbucks which I have got to stop!! Caffeine is acid forming.
I had a little agave nectar with walnuts. I am going to stop all sugars too. Sugars are not that healthy at all.

Gazpacho and Gooey mint cookies
I made these cookies out of the complete book of raw food.
It had 1 c soaked almonds to 2 c soaked figs..and a bunch of mint. I threw it all in the champion with the blank plate on. I had a cookie scooper that made perfect shapes and then I flattened then. They were all gone before the night was out.
I also made a Gazphacho from the Boutenko's.
I bleneded 5 large tomatoes..1/4 c each of olive oil and lemon juice..salt/bunch of basil/2 small cloves garlic/2 medjool dates and blended with some water.
I then diced samll one red bell pepper/ 5 stalks celery/ 1 tiny onion/1 large avocado etc and mixed with everything and let chill. It was a creamy version
I also had a salad of baby spinach, celery slices, irish moss and oilive oil
Before I went to bed I pigged out on the rest of the dates and almonds. I woke up feeling very tired and fat feeling

Diva loves a bowl of raw Gazpacho anyday, she ate all the celery and avocado dices even..Today I had the rest of the gazpacho. I also had alot of baby spinach drowned in Olive oil and Irish Moss and cherry tomatoes. I meditated on South Beach to the ocean. I later found out when I got home my raw friend Shalya who is in town was at The Tides hotel which was right by there. She is gonna stay with me and we are going to do raw food stuff together. I got home and juiced Brocolli/Kale and celery all organic and drank it with My Beautiful Horse. I drank 3 bottles of liquid acidophillus. I love it. SOOO MUCH. must get more tommorow. I had Senna tea just to get out the bloated feeling from pigging out on expensive Medjool dates last night. My friend Christy in Seattle called me to say she is raw food coaching. We discussed pricing. Lucky girl, she is gonna make it. |

Breakfast -celery sticks Lunch -green juice and salad of sprouts red pepper avocado tomato and onion with oil and stevia I made crackers out of golden flax seeds.. I blended half of them with leftover veggies and spread on teflex... toped with cashew (really raw hand shelled) herb pate that they sell in Wild oats.. it's raw from a local farm..topped with avo and tomato here is piccie |

Glaser Farm's organic raw vegan farmer's market I had a Seaweed salad marinated with Lemon juice and oil with Tomatoes and Cukes... and I had a green drink (Kale,Cucumber and Apple).. .. and 11 dollars worth of Strawberry shortcake. It was as huge as the table and had layers of slightly cold/frozen Strawberries and such a great red sauce.. all raw and vegan organic.. This morning I had Coconut /Starfruit mylk Next week I will bring my camera |
