She catered a raw food party for 30 people in NYC for 7 grand. Wow, the stuff she made, the things she ordered. She has business on her mind and wants to do raw food catering here in Miami. With me, as partner.. hmmm Do I have any other choice. raw food is it. For me.
Today she made me a salad with mangoes, spinach, pumpkin seeds, avos etc.. a dressing too..

beautiful.. I made coconut mylk.

I also had a salad bar salad at Wild Oats on South Beach.
My spirooli
came in today which means I will make something fancy tommorow. Maybe something from The Living cuisine menu.A Pad thai or RAW Butternut Squash Spaghetti with raw Puttanesca sauce.... something like.

This morning I woke up and had Coconut Mylk.
My fridge..

I went to walk by the water at Bayside with Shayla and I had a tall glass of freshly squeezed SUGAR CANE JUICE 4 dollars..
I went shopping with Shayla and got heart shaped cookie cutters, chopsticks, a bamboo cutting board and groceries.
Today I made this: " this dish looks like it could be served at NOBU"

I looked on the interent for a recipe and found this
Sweet and Sour Noodles

Cucumber noodles make this dish fabulous!
“Noodle” Salad
1 large, firm English cucumber, processed into noodles using a Veggie
Spiralizer or a Spirooli
1 large mango, julienned (Manila mangos work best)
1 large bell pepper, julienned
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup pea sprouts
4 kale leaves, thinly sliced
1 handful snow peas (optional)
Sweet ‘n Sour Sauce
2 large mangos, diced
1 large bell peppers
A pinch of cayenne (optional)
First, make the sauce by placing diced mangos then bell peppers in a blender. Add a pinch of cayenne, if desired, then blend until smooth. Next, drain the cucumber noodles in a strainer then arrange them on a plate. Add a layer of sweet ‘n sour sauce. Next, add the julienned mangos and bell peppers. Cover all with another layer of sauce. Add the sprouts and kale then cover with another layer of sauce. Finally, garnish with the chopped cilantro and eat with chopsticks or a wooden fork.
( I just got regualr alfalfa sprouts, omitted the kale and used ground up mustard instead of cayenne)
I also tried out half a Raw Carrot cake recipe minus the frosting..just to see if I liked the recipe

I replaced the rolled oats ( not raw) ground up with coconut flour..
it was 2 c each of flour, pulp from carrots juiced,dates finely chopped and sopme vanilla , honey , salt and 1 c chopped nuts
I then took leftover carrot pulp, chopped nuts, dates, pumkin seed etc with seasonings and Food processed into heart shapes..

My beauitful horse took us to a cuban fruit juice place where I got Mamey juice 1/2 gallon squeezed/made fresh..really creamy red juice..comfort food..
I also split three ways an EGG fruit...interesting, I liked it, every body else spit their's out..they said it tasted like an egg.
We went to a chinese place, LUCKY"S and got a durian. It is in the fridge for tommorow.. and a ton of greens like baby bok choy and mustard greens, daikon radish to spirooli, a green squash.. I wanted to get Lotus root but the guy told me you had to cook it.
ok, I went to Publix to buy a brita fliter and I weighed myself. 110.
I wish I was 95 , oh well.

got coconut mylk?
This morning I made a salad of greens and stuff that I got last night.
Lunch was brazil nuts/grapes/berries/chopped fruit/mango/endive..
really bad food combining..for digestion
I need to stop eating.. there is just so much food around me in this really abundant time.
I got home had a piece of carrot cake..
and made a tahini dressing to coat a salad of
baby bok choy/spinach/sprouts/pumpkin seeds/walnuts/chopped mango etc
..I put BLOOD ORANGES in my salad and devoured with chopsticks..
Tahini dressing made to taste:
3 c sesame seeds ground up in vitamix with one
1/2 c each sesame oil and olive oil..then. ginger juice and lemon juice..salt and leftover SAUCE FROM YESTERDAY'S DISH all in vitamix. Leftover herbs I had, I pulse last..
Dessert tommorow DURRIAN!

She went out and bought Eggfruit..loved it this time around and put it in her salad..
If I keep putting pics up of salads you guys will think I am boring so I will make something fancy soon.

I want to green juice fast with Shayla soon,
I love the heroin chic look, I do. I have to wait until the food is all gone in the fridge.
I am going to meditate one hour after I clean the kitchen.
''My beautiful Horse came over and brought 60 meat and water coconuts.. thats alot. He climbed trees to get them.. here is what real coconuts look like off the tree..here they are that he brought for us.
I made mylk and Shayla had coconut water and I blended 2 mangos with the mylk to make a shake

This morning I had Kumquats. I roll them in my hands until soft and eat them whole. I also snacked on Haricots VERTS.
Lunch was a salad bar salad at Wild Oats and a Green juice drink later.
I had Coconut Mylk just now.
I was going to make and bought ingredients to make Daikon Spaghetti and a Pesto sauce with Pine/Walnuts/Basil..but as I was going home from Wild Oats, My beautiful Horse picked me up and took me to see David Copperfield at Jackie Gleason Theatre. How nice was that?

Here is a photo of Coconut Mylk I made

Evil unicorn made a smoothie out of bluberries, bee pollen, hemp nut butter.. and thai coconut pulp blended with dates and raw cashews etc..

Here is the raw carrot cake before we take it out of the collapsable pan..
(it has a latch and when it sets we pull it off.. ) The cake has three layers and comes with a sauce.. The recipe, not decorations, are from Juliano's raw book.. I will post it here later.Here is the Carrot cake stuff itself

then covered in frosting made from Trult raw cashews and agave,orange juice 
for the leftovers I made a mini cake here..

Later evil unicorn made a salad.

We talked about how wonderful raw food is and how we wish we could make it all day..
PS I also baked two cooked Carrot cake per order.. hey.. I cannot even taste it but those recipes come out the same so I am ok..
Later my mom showed up so I made her this.. it is pesto daikon noodles I spiroolied

She wants to hire us to make dinner for her and her friends every night.
I am now drinking Ginger/Starfruit/peeled orange I put in the blender and strained
Everything is perfect I am so happy. My Beautiful Horse is at the superbowl in Jacksonville.
For Evil unicorn's dinner she made
Guacamango with strawberries. She sure is over the top.
