Feb 8 tuesday Evil unicorn made me and my mom dinner. Oh my.
I had put some eggplant slices in the dehydrator with some olive oil and salt and
she made stacks with them. They were with yellow tomato slices, avocado, orange bell
pepper, basil and a thick cream made from pine nuts basil and lemon and olive oil..
The dressing for the greens had a little agave in it and black sesame seeds..
For dessert it was a cake with the base made from GOLDEN FLAX AND AGAVE..COCONUT OIL AND VANILLA AND CINNAMON..
The frosting was pine nuts agave and vanilla
She had also made an ice cream out of Almond flour..2 tb coconut oil..2 tb agave , salt.. all
frozen and blend..
She also made something.. I don't know what but it looks good..

Before I got home I had an avocado and coconut water bag lunch..
I love everything

Raw ice cream.. I blended chopped peaches with coconut milk, coconut oil and agave mixed..
then poured in ice cream maker. I saved half...blended with some dates and made the rest
into peach sauce.
I bought VICE CREAM which had a collection of raw ice creams.
If you ever see an ice cream gourmet recipe.. replace each egg with 2 tb coconut oil
My Beautiful Horse took me and evil unicorn to buy Crates of fruit.. a box of avocados, a crate of cucumbers, mangoes, cherry tomatoes, watermelon etc etc.. we have so much food.. so what do you we do later..?
We shop again.. this time for watermelon slices and agave and coconut oil.
