I had a rough night but I am ok now. I feel soo much better. All the energy I lost
during the week is back now in full bloom. I do. I feel so good today. I feel I have
regained something beautiful. I found the tools to make my life sooooo freaking perfect.
It took me going where I did last night to realize this. I know how to be completely
satisfied and perfect. I know how to BE what I want. I know the kind of life I want
to be and have.
I do. I want that kind of life.
Words create feelings, what are feelings but chemicals pulsing through our bodies,
feelings are chemicals. One must feel good chemicals coursing through our blood
to feel good, beautiful, and basically life reflects this. Raw food helps, but what
creates these chemicals are thoughts. Imagination. Enzymes. Life force, life force
equals =best thoughts! Like being a magician. All creation stems from thoughts.
Everything is created out of a thought. It is all there to paint.
My hair I am going to color lighter and same with brows. It looks bad, I need a tan
and I also need to work out so I have a tight little body. And I want to eat good
food and be happy and perfect. Like flawless. I want everything to surround me
and I want completion.
I am where I want to be, its beautiful and with who I want to be most in the
entire world. I am the luckiest girl. I am.
I actually saw ladies doing this before my eyes, me and my mother watched.

going to fast? They sold a huge one and

Everything is around me.
I feel good.
I know that cooked food is really a poison to me now, even those cheap Salad
works salads with whatever that dressing is, will get me clogged.
Today I got my hair done and eyebrows lightened. I thought alot.
birthday, my favorite man in the world. I am so happy things are
good now. He does not make a big deal out of his birthday though. I miss him
when he is gone. Can't wait to see him again. I love having fun with him. He
is fun to be with and is so generous with me. He told me he wants to add to
my life. He does. I just can't thank him enough for being so great with me. He
is the greatest, I get teary eyed when I think of how wonderful he is. We
know each other so well. He is honest with me and I believe in his greatness.

Me as blonde again, well highlights...did it yesterday, It was fun.

I had a lapse in my probity this weekend. I just want to be wonderful. T
hat is all. I just want to be good.
That is more important than being on trial all the time. I make mistakes.
I do, but I have to laugh at them. I learn from mistakes. At work, I never learn
ANYTHING until my boss calls me in his office and catches me and I say
AHHHH ok, I see, and I never do it again If I never made that mistake
I would have made it again because fear of making a mistake drives me
to not make another one so am more careful

I saw on the news last night that Eco terrorists are burning down
houses that they consider bad for "Gaia".. all those earth people
are lunatics! Do they know how much work it is to own business
and to have people producing for humans, earning for themselves
as we should all, and bringing such wealth to communities, and to
see all that great planning and energy burnt down, for an imaginary
cause that does not exist nor care back.They did it for Earth, for nothing.
Just to go to jail. Just to be rebellious or anti authority, that is what it
is.... There even is a raw food eco terrorist who bombs, one who is
now in jail, demanding they feed him raw vegan food in jail.
Disgusting! You are a dirty criminal, and for what? For nothing!

animal world the strong ones would kill you. You have decided

March 5th
Today I woke up feeling good. I had OJ and watermelon juice.
I brought strawberries to work, so much for my juice fast. I like drinking
juice more than eating, is that weird?
sweet time. I got a box gallery frame
of one of his photographs, blown up so he can show off his photography
skills and a few gift certificates. He is great to me. He cleaned up my computer for me, I had
a lot of spy ware. I love to cuddle and I love to be held. I love feeling protected
and cared for.
I watched American Idol, what great boys, they did so well, all of them. I
saw the girls last thursday and they were so bad. I mean they were good
as singers and moved me a little, but not good as superstars. I guess they are
looking for superstars.
I got a gallon of coconut oil. I brought some to work. Does it really do all this healing
stuff and if so, where is the proof? I would like to know or see photos. I use it for lip
gloss and leg lotion.

I feel that my energy is moving away from fruitarianism
and raw veganism to I am wonderfulism. I am focused
more on that than what I am
going to eat.
One day I may not even think about it but think about being
wonderful. I want to be a star!
I made three containers of strained watermelon juice and brought
two sapodillas to work. I walked to work with sneakers on. I took out my
garbage with both hands super heavy and threw them in the bin,
filled with half watermelon shells and boxes, heavy.

Hi everyone.
I have been at mom's. I spent 100$ on dinner for her Friday night at Dadeland
mall. I
feel kind of guilty about spending money like that, I mean, she isn't exactly
thrilling company and
the next day $60 I ordered food for her and my brother...For my brother,
call me generous
or just bored. and the next day
I rented movies and took her out to the Carnival celebration on Miracle Mile.
We went today to Tarpon Bend and I bought her beers and crab cakes. I
had guacamole and pico de gallo. We had nothing to discuss, we ate
in silence. I made her clean my apartment later though.
I did my week shopping. Lots of tangerines and I had to return a 17 dollar
Mamey. That is so expensive.
got me sapodllas. We saw a lecture together about the men who
invented Coral Gables. It is in this building called Old Spanish Village. It was
gallery night so the streets were filled with artists and exhibits. Jazz bands
and wine samples, cigar and Cuban memorabilia tables. I was quite the Rara
Avis with him. There is not one detail I miss. He drove me home to mom's.
My mom may not be around for very long so I am spending time with her. She
wants to move, and sold all her stuff. She is just waiting until she gets a check
from her leasers.
At mom's we watched Marilyn Monroe movies. I also got THE PRODUCERS
and this Pamela Anderson/Denise Richards flick.
I'm glad you're back on track! I read your blog early this morning and you really had me worried. I'm impressed at how fast you learned from your experience! Be your own heroic being!

Don't forget, if we use up everything on the earth faster than it grows, we will die. We are dependent on it. It's not us vs. them, we need everything it has. We exploit it, we die. Anything else is just fairy thinking--that everything will magically regenerate so quickly. Probably everything we have polluted will come back, but will we live to see it? Maybe not, if we are foolish.

Don;t take the blame for all that, you are not guilty, the earth is warming, climate is changing, ice caps melting. Even on planet Mars the ice caps are melting, it's not you, don't stress over it You can't possibly hurt the earth

I like juice better than eating too! ... When I EAT fruit I find I get more cravings. If I just drink fresh fruit juice (cantaloupe is my fav) ... and not a lot at a time for blood sugar reasons ... just sipping through the day, I do perfectly fine. No hunger, no cravings. I keep myself from feeling deprived by allowing a few fresh cracked raw walnuts if desired. Just knowing I can have them if I really need them does the trick. Oh, and I start the day with 3 raw egg yolks stirred into my juice which seems to do the trick in overall balancing. I used to be 100% raw vegan, but now am happier with the yolks as a natural source of vitamin D & B12 (no supplements for me) ... and they also zap hunger and cravings. And they do not taste gross in juice. I was encouraged to try them after studying the website www.youngerthanyourage.com. Chickens lay about one egg daily whether fertilized or not. That is telling me they are being "given" for other uses besides growing into a new chicken. So call me a yolko-fruitarian. This has been the diet that has made me happiest so far. I used to get so much intestinal distress on the raw food vegan regime. And doing straight fruitarianism left me always wanting something but not sure exactly what it was. Anyway, I love your site. You make me want to move to Florida. I've never tried a lot of the fruits you talk about and I am a fruit lover too. The most exotic fruit I ever had was an exquisite cherimoya ... and once I had a mango the size of a football that was nothing less than a taste of heaven. I went to Hawaii last summer for the first time and was hoping to find a durian ... but no such luck.

I agree with you that the ones who burned the houses down are looney! Also, all that burned material is bad for the environment, right?! The sad thing is, the houses were being touted as environmentally-friendly using some recycled and "green" materials!
Off the subject, how do you feel about tipping (in restaurants, hair salons, etc)? I just wonder what your view is on that.

I am very generous tipping excpet for yesterday, my stylist left me for one hour with conditioner in my hair and then 10 minutes under dryer, then made me wait more, then cut my hair terribly then made me walk 4 blocks to atm cause his machine did not work. I left him nothing. He cut my hair under one minute and I saw what he was doing, AX job. Thank god I am pretty

Here is an example of how human pollution has affected my life--all the lakes by where I live used to be pristine, you could drink out of them. Now they are so polluted from agricultural run-off that it smells just to be by them. That is human activity that has destroyed them. If we had thought about the effects on the earth, then I would have clean water to use (not exploit--exploiting is using it until it's all gone and is a disadvantage to me--quite different. Of course I depend on the earth to lvie and that's why I don't want to exploit it). How will I have water to drink of bathe with if all the water is exploited.
Companies that are a part of this are agribusinesses like Cargill and Monsanto. People who buy pesticides and fetilizer from them as well. Big factory farms--one reason I am vegan.

I don't see what is so hard about this concept. If you go to a farm, you can see what they put on the ground. Then you can see the water leaving the farm is dirtier and full of toxins, compared to the water coming into the farm. This water feeds certain lakes and they gets polluted. You could drink the water and now you can't. Where's the proof for that it's NOT from the humans?
The humans are exploiting the land and water by overusing it and dumping chemicals on it, and then it becomes polluted and toxic. You can grow food on the land, but after exploiting it, you can't. it's very simple. Maybe your definitions of exploit are different from mine, or maybe you think humans can't affect anything and pollution comes from nowhere or doesn't exist.
I suppose it's nicer to pretend that everything is as clean as it used to be and humans don't affect anything, even when you can see otherwise. But can you prove where the pollution is coming from then? Do you think pollution does not exist? I'm confused as well, maybe it's a rhetorical thing.

At first you say there is "no proof" (that farmers are polluting with pesticides, I assume), then you say "noone is perfect"--so they are using them? Or not?
I did name what is being hurt--the water and anyone who wants it. The Mississippi River would be a specific example. There is garbage and chemicals floating in it, so I can't drink the water in it, even if I am going for a walk right by it and am thirsty. It is silly that I can't drink water from what used to be a clean river, and a disadvantage for me. This is from my own experience, not anything anyone told me.
I just said that exploiting the earth doesn't work, because using up resources we need depletes them for us (later on). I never said anything about socialism. I never said anyone shouldn't do anything, or should be illegal. It doesn't make sense to exploit the earth. It seems that you prefer organics, prefer not having chemicals in your food, maybe I am understanding incorrectly. I never said anything about what should be mandated, so I'm not sure what you're objecting to.
I could discuss the hard evidence with you in scientific terms, but you would need to have the same background I do--organic chemistry, biochemistry, etc. If you are interested I could cite some studies, but if you don't have a background in these subjects, you won't be able to understand the studies. I'm not sure what constitutes proof for you. Not all forms of proof are instantly understandable, some require some background and knowledge first. But you can experience pollution directly, as I noted, and see where it's coming from.

Is this the type of pollution you are talking about, littering? I agree littering is bad, I do not think people should be thrwon in jail for that, but its something we want to teach others not to do by example.
You exploit the earth in order to survive, humans have always used earth's resources, humans survive that way.
"THERE OUGHTA BE A LAW FOR THAT" SYNDROME IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE WHO THEN MAKES UP THE RULES, ANYBODY CAN MAKE UP ANYTHING. THE THING IS WE NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE OURSELVES, NOT BE TOLD WHAT TO DO...OR FORCED.

This is an interesting conversation... I like that we are free to choose the way we conduct ourselves, but our decisions effect each other, and if people got together and agreed they wanted to protect the Mississippi River, I don't see what would be the problem that would have them be stopped from protecting it.
---nothing is wrong with that at all. But when you say people, who do you mean, you? ( nobody wants to take 100% responsibilty usually) and lets say you get a group together, well, how are you going to monitor people's private property along the River without their possible non consent or nonsupport? and who is going to punish who with that and who makes up the rules and who decides what is wrong or right for the public?Do you see the problems that that can create? Noone will agree with anybody, and what about property rigths? are you and your property owned by public interest groups? How much power do they yield? Are you going to arrest people if they have garbage on their property? that can turn ugly once power is abused for other means. You are sending out the message that people cannot take care of themselves and need to be treated like children. I am very pro man, I think we are good enought to see right from wrong. There is always what if, but chances are people are very resonsioble. I say personal responsibility is the key, there is no such thing as evil people unless you are really unrpoductive and a leech, we just want to all be successful and happy, and bring good things to our community and wealth, to ourselves mostly.-Maybe just education and raising money for awareness is good.
