Feelings I was sad I accidentally deleted another entry. I called godaddy and they can't fnd it. I just can't find it anywhere. I have to repost all these photos. If I can find them again.
I am a little withdrawn and just want to stay in, there is so much going on in my neighborhood. I just want to stay in.
I don't even want to answer my phone. It's off. Just leave me alone world! I like my place, its where I can be me. Do I accept myself? Well, I should try to accept all of the me I want to be before I continue with the rest of my life!
My thing now is just being comfortable with who I am inside my body.

What happened
Articles or videos online I saw- I saw in a newsletter from Ayn Rand Institute that Atlasshrugged.com is a new website. I also read a little bio about La Paiva.
Listened to this LISTEN it may take a few minutes to download.
Watched on tv-

Things hanging up in my place:

up and take to work
MONDAY
What I ate
Before noon- Power size Orange juice squeezed at Jamba Juice.
After noon- entire honeydew melon
After 6 pm- I was going to blend thai coconut with bananas and dates but I had a craving for avocado. I got one in the supermarket, all soft and I ate it at home with some chopped dates sprinkled with cayenne. I may have that smoothie later, but the thai coconut is heavy, so I may go for some juice or something lighter. Its like liquid oil to me, avocado or thai coconut. Maybe blended papaya with water and dates.
Work- All day I did demand letters and paged through medical files looking for checks, deductible, what was paid and what we are asking for. Did some replies, mailed out stuff to other side attorneys. The other boss yelled at the lady next to me, and she was going to quit and even bragged about getting another job offer. Sometimes I think she is evil. She calls the job a shit job, the work never ends, and she is always complaining about being overwhelmed.
Personal work-
Exercise- I walked alot. Very sore from yesterday.
weight- 115lbs
Goals- To do some writing.
Feelings- I was a little snippy.
I lightened my hair this morning. Can't really tell. I look sunblonde.

Articles or videos online I saw-

Shopping- avocado, OJ, powder, eyelashes, foundation, condoms,
Photos
TUESDAY
OJ for breakfast
I lookk great in the mirror, unless I eat salt with my cucumbers then I bloat up with water.
I woke up read some emails. There is a fruitarian at UM who wants to meet me, I got emails from lots of readers sending me Marilyn Monroe articles about her porn tapes. They were called Stag Films. You can see stills online. She looked awful . Arond the time she filmed LOVE HAPPY wih Groucho Marx, her contract had been cancelled and she was broke. Actually this was one I think JFK shot after getting her drunk in order to make her look really bad in case she talked like she threatened to. Who knows. People say alot of things.
I just read a book that said she had a threesome with JFK and Bobby and that there was a photograph somewhere that they had destroyed.
I go home, take bath, watch movie and sleep. Wake up 6 am press snooze about 5 times and then the long process of shower, makeup hair and clothes. Then Jamba Juice then Office, where I listen to girls on phones and I hear peck peck of Myspace mail checking.

What I ate TUESDAY-
Before noon-
-OJ power size
After noon
-avocado and strawberries
After 6 pm

weight- 116
Feelings - I felt like a woman, I felt sexy, beautiful, magic.
Thoughts- Love, Love and sex
I was so attracted to him, but made a decision I would not invite him up when he dropped me off. I told him no. He wasn't having it, and got out of the car and pulled me into my place and we just did what came naturally to us. Its incredible. Its the best thing in my life, being with him and his beautiful face and body. He is so handsome, irresisitible. Movie star hot. Dripping with sex.
Somewhere we find each other in the dark and just are. Its a movie, everything about us. We did what we do. Afterwards, I cuddled up against him, his warm body against mine. I want to be with him again after we are worn out. I also confide in him things, private things. He tells me never to tell anyone but him the things I tell him. I tell him I want to be better. I tell him what I want from him. We sleep. He leaves me while I sleep, I hear the door slam.

I do not know what to do or feel. All I can be is me.

From :Economics
Some of the fallacies examined in various chapters of Economic Facts and Fallacies include the following:
- Government programs are needed to create “affordable housing.” (Actually, government intervention is what has made housing so unaffordable in places where even hovels are expensive.)
- Employer discrimination is the main reason for differences in income between women and men. (Tons of evidence point in other directions.)
- College tuition is going up so fast because of rising costs. (Only if you call voluntary increases in spending “rising costs.”)
- Foreign aid helps poor countries become more prosperous. (Only if you don’t look at the evidence.)
- The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. (It all depends on whether you are talking about flesh and blood human beings or statistical brackets.)
Economic Facts and Fallacies is not just a demolition derby. It also brings out some facts that seldom get much attention in the media.
- The poverty rate among black married couples has been in single digits since 1994.
- The average income of the elderly is several times their earnings, and their wealth is far higher than among younger people.
- Just as blacks are turned down for mortgage loans more often than whites, so whites are turned down more often than Asian Americans. (What does that do to racism as an all-purpose explanation?)
Someone emailed me Anais Nin quotes:
I disregard the proportions, the measures, the tempo
of the ordinary world. I refuse to live in the ordinary
world as ordinary women. To enter ordinary relationships.
I want ecstasy. I am a neurotic — in the sense that I live
in my world. I will not adjust myself to the world. I am
adjusted to myself.
I am an excitable person who only understands
life lyrically, musically, in whom feelings are
much stronger as reason. I am so thirsty for
the marvelous that only the marvelous has
power over me. Anything I can not transform
into something marvelous, I let go. Reality
doesn't impress me. I only believe in intoxication,
in ecstasy, and when ordinary life shackles me,
I escape, one way or another. No more walls.

FROM THIS ARTICLE
Imagine this plot for a novel:
A brilliant eye surgeon performs a revolutionary
operation in secret, implanting a new device,
the intraocular lens, which replaces the cloudy cataract.
Word leaks out two years later, and the world’s
most prominent ophthalmologist vilifies and
ostracizes him. He suffers from depression, an
outcast in his profession.
He and a handful of other doctors around the
world toil in obscurity for three decades, performing
a few hundred, and later, a few thousand surgeries
a year, advancing the science.
Ralph Nader and Sydney Wolfe petition the FDA
to outlaw the lens. Robert Young (who played
Marcus Welby, M.D. on television), testifies in
Washington D.C. that the lens “saved my
career and should be available to all Americans.”
The lens gains acceptance. 100 million patients
around the globe regain their vision from the
lens. The surgeon, at 93 years of age, is knighted
by Queen Elizabeth.
This plot is not a novel, but the biography
Sir Harold Ridley and the Fight For Sight by
David Apple, M.D. (Slack Books, 2006). Dr.
Apple, a prominent ocular pathologist, met
Ridley in 1985 and became close friends until
Ridley’s death in 2001.

On April 22, Celebrate Exploit-the-Earth Day
by Craig Biddle
Because Earth Day is intended to further the cause of environmentalism—and because environmentalism is an anti-human ideology—on April 22, those who care about human life should not celebrate Earth Day; they should celebrate Exploit-the-Earth Day.
Either man takes the Earth’s raw materials—such as trees, petroleum, aluminum, and atoms—and transforms them into the requirements of his life, or he dies. To live, man must produce the goods on which his life depends; he must produce homes, automobiles, computers, electricity, and the like; he must seize nature and use it to his advantage. There is no escaping this fact. Even the allegedly “noble” savage must pick or perish. Indeed, even if a person produces nothing, insofar as he remains alive he indirectly exploits the Earth by parasitically surviving off the exploitative efforts of others.
Exploiting the Earth—using the raw materials of nature for one’s life-serving purposes—is a basic requirement of human life. According to environmentalism, however, man should not use nature for his needs; he should keep his hands off “the goods”; he should leave nature alone, come what may.
Environmentalism is not concerned with human health and wellbeing—neither ours nor that of generations to come. If it were, it would advocate the one social system that ensures that the Earth and its elements are used in the most productive, life-serving manner possible: capitalism.
Capitalism is the only social system that recognizes and protects each individual’s right to act in accordance with his basic means of living: the judgment of his mind. Environmentalism, of course, does not and cannot advocate capitalism, because if people are free to act on their judgment, they will strive to produce and prosper; they will transform the raw materials of nature onto the requirements of human life; they will exploit the Earth and live.
Environmentalism rejects the basic moral premise of capitalism—the idea that people should be free to act on their judgment—because it rejects a more fundamental idea on which capitalism rests: the idea that the requirements of human life constitute the standard of moral value. While the standard of value underlying capitalism is human life (meaning, that which is necessary for human beings to live and prosper), the standard of value underlying environmentalism is nature untouched by man.
The basic principle of environmentalism is that nature (i.e., “the environment”) has intrinsic value—value in and of itself, value apart from and irrespective of the requirements of human life—and that this value must be protected from its only adversary: man. Rivers must be left free to flow unimpeded by human dams, which divert natural flows, alter natural landscapes, and disrupt wildlife habitats. Glaciers must be left free to grow or shrink according to natural causes, but any human activity that might affect their size must be prohibited. Naturally generated carbon dioxide (such as that emitted by oceans and volcanoes) and naturally generated methane (such as that emitted by swamps and termites) may contribute to the greenhouse effect, but such gasses must not be produced by man. The globe may warm or cool naturally (e.g., via increases or decreases in sunspot activity), but man must not do anything to affect its temperature. And so on.
In short, according to environmentalism, if nature affects nature, the effect is good; if man affects nature, the effect is evil.
Stating the essence of environmentalism in such stark terms raises some illuminating questions: If the good is nature untouched by man, how is man to live? What is he to eat? What is he to wear? Where is he to reside? How can man do anything his life requires without altering, harming, or destroying some aspect of nature? In order to nourish himself, man must consume meats, vegetables, fruits, and the like. In order to make clothing, he must skin animals, pick cotton, manufacture polyester, and the like. In order to build a house—or even a hut—he must cut down trees, dig up clay, make fires, bake bricks, and so forth. Each and every action man takes to support or sustain his life entails the exploitation of nature. Thus, on the premise of environmentalism, man has no right to exist.
It comes down to this: Each of us has a choice to make. Will I recognize that man’s life is the standard of moral value—that the good is that which sustains and furthers human life—and thus that people have a moral right to use the Earth and its elements for their life-serving needs? Or will I accept the notion that nature has “intrinsic” value—value in and of itself, value apart from and irrespective of human needs—and thus that people have no right to exist?
There is no middle ground here. Either human life is the standard of moral value, or it is not. Either nature has intrinsic value, or it does not.
On April 22, let the world know where you stand. Don’t celebrate Earth Day; celebrate Exploit-the-Earth Day—and let your friends, family, and associates know why.

"Stop celebrating excellence and strength and start celebrating the weak and downtrodden"
Did Michelle Obama really say that in her speech? My friend from Washington called me he could not believe it.
Do people know that is a socialist ideal? That is so anti me. Its pro herd, pro cattle.
I am scared. I really am. Already I feel it, slavery, cops with guns drawn, death camps, hunger and bread lines! Forget about raw
organic food.
People think the lefties are into organic food, they aren't, they are the last people for that kind of stuff, they are not hippies, by any means! They want control over everything you do!
Its the socialists who killed our almonds! The USDA is socialist.
Capitalism is the only thing that makes us free and happy. It protects you from other men. And it frees your mind.

Monday
I have a ton of photos to post soon!
tangerines
strawberries
avocado
dates
water
Thats about all I had to eat past few days, weight 114.
Shel made me talk to his best friend, who asked me a million questions.
He just got back from a plane. He was in D.C. meeting with the Secretary of the
Pentagon at the Pentagon.
Ok that was impressive! He was very nice.
Shel said he would take me to Victoria's Secret and I said sure, while we were
on Lincoln Road. He picks
out this rag, something college girls wear, like around the house. I said no way
\and made him buy me a $279 white silk negligee. It was the nicest thing in the
store.
It's just for him, I am not into lingerie. But if he is going to take me shopping,
I have to pick the best, or else he will lose all respect for me!!
I could see he sweated it, and it was fun. I modeled for him later and he took photos.
He told me later he is "falling for me" and I really felt pity, I see myself, how I
have fallen and I feel so, like I want to be tender because I know what an
uncomfortable position that is, and I want to treat him gently.
I get someone persistent writing to me that capitalism creates poverty. He accused me
of being the rich, not poor like him, HAH, He thinks he is poor now? If he had his way, he would be dead already.
He is suggesting the alternative being Socialism or Communism as making
people rich? Yes,
? That is so funny to me!
It doesn't. It makes people
kill each other for a hot potato and human life worthless.
History has shown they don't work.
Capitalism is the only system that creates jobs. That brings wealth into areas, that creates cities, builds skyscrapers, homes, cars, lights, fast food, Organic RAW VEGAN food, its the only system that you can have rights to do what you want. Its the only way ,period, for women to be able work and succeed! It banished child labor. It protects us FROM
EACH OTHER. It respects the dollar and not pie in the sky ideals/laziness. It rewards prosperity.
People think what capitalism is is what the USA is now . No, its not all! That bad is creeping socialism, government interference, heavy taxation, and people saying or claiming they are the authority on what is right and wrong, how do they know? They can make up anything!
More power, more rights taken away..
My mom was in a country where a bus was stopped and everyone had to get vaccinated or else go to jail. We are not that far off. Protect your "self" and your future, vote FREEDOM.
We are in the midst of NASTY SCARY socialists like Barack Obama, or Green socialism, which all have BENEVOLENT ideals to sell, but in the end it all winds up in human slavery.
Hitler got voted by all the intellectuals becuase of his benevolent speeches of brotherhood and each other and anything but yourself...the state, Germany, the future, family children..and guess who made the
rules of what is right and wrong? And see what happens?
Its noone's business what money I make or what " I should do" for the bum on the street, charity
should be a choice not a "duty". It's noone's
business who I hire, or do business with.
Affirmative action is RACIST! FDR'S rights NEW
DEAL, a mess:

PATRIOT ACT!!
Also, I hate anti trust laws. I do
think we
need a good military to protect from invaders but
DEFINITELY NOT BEING BULLIES to other
countries.
Communism, like Soviet Russia creates starvation, murder, money worthless, death camps and no
respect for human life. Socialism, like Nazi creates guns in your face and slavery, force. It gives everything else rights, you have none, you voted on
it, remember? You voted the earth was more important, you voted, the third reich was everything, you voted for free schools and look what happend
to our education.
MEDIOCRITY.
People are laughing at us.
You decide, dollars or guns in your face? A.R. from CapitalismThe unknown Ideal
In the media and movies its business men who are WRONGLY portrayed committing crimes, when in reality, most crimes are committed by lazy welfare people. See what
socialism does?
Hate to say that, but look at the evidence!
/
There's Mr. Burns
, yes BAD capitalist!
Look at the Simpsons MOVIE, its ridiculous!
Why are they bad? Because they give us jobs and
we hate it.
The same exact thing happened in Soviet Russia, DOWN WITH THE BOURGEOIS ( people who owned businesses) That was the chant, The business men were responsible for their laziness, so they had to destroy freedom to take what should belong to everyone and guess what happened, noone had anything, and not only that, everything was taken
from you, and you had roomates you didnt want
and still had to pay and the more you had the more you paid. Until there was nothing left. You could
not walk at night, you would get arrested, raped or mugged. People actually ate vermin.
Did you know alot Businessmen in Russia were murdered after the revolution?
Oh I could go on, not only that but when Russia
got so bad economically, they temporarily allowed them to own businesses again and when business
was booming, they took the business away! The
REDS! If you even hinted that you disagreed you
were sent away to Siberia and the only way to eat
was to work for free or to go to school and you
would get like a coupon for bread and grains a
week. It was all under the promise that they were working on it, they would unite as brothers or something, who knows! I wasn't there.
Businessmen are favorite villains in
popular media, routinely featured as
polluters, crooks and murderers in
network TV dramas and first-run movies,
not to mention novels. Oil company CEOs
are hauled before congressional committees
whenever fuel prices rise, to be harangued
and publicly shamed for the sin of high
profits. Genuine cases of wrongdoing like
Enron set off witch hunts that drag in prominent achievers like Frank Quattrone and Martha Stewart.
Don't believe the crazy lefties, They are not green loving hippies. LOL. They want POWER over you..meaning they
can force you to do anything they want, if you vote for them. It won't happen overnight, it's starting already.
Libertarians are the ones who will save this country eons from now. Like, what happened to our constitution?
This article:
Hollywood is anti-capitalist shock
Hollywood has an anti-capitalist bias. No, really?
From Citizen Kane to Jaws to Wall Street to Erin Brockovich, business and businessmen are always the bad guy in Hollywod's blockbuster fairy tales.
Law professor Larry Ribstein asks why
But this general condemnation of business seems an unlikely explanation for films’ anti-business tone. Capitalism has brought vast wealth to a broad segment of U.S society, including most moviegoers and films’ writers, directors and stars. One would not be surprised to see occasional criticism of capitalism, or to see moviemakers use the drama inherent in the oppression and eventual triumph of economic underdogs.
But why should capital always be the heavy? Why should filmmakers so rarely exploit the dramatic potential of business triumph, or of underdog businesspeople struggling against government tyrany? More importantly, films are the product of large companies. Why would they attack themselves?
This article seeks to explain films’ bias against capital. In brief, it is not business itself that filmmakers do not like, but the capitalists who control it. But this is not the classic view of the struggle between capital and labor. Filmmakers display little concern with workers' problems and only rarely blame firms' social irresponsibility on the fact that capital rather than labor is in control. Filmmakers’ main problem with capital being in control seems to be that the filmmakers are not.
have with the Government, don't it?
He sees no consiracy amongst filmmakers to demonise capitalism, however Ribstein does point out that in many modern day anti-capitalist fairy tales
the
bad business-guy is never shown - what he calls the 'phenomenon of the
missing bad guy' - these academics, eh! - and puts it down in part to the enthusiasm for a good conspiracy.

Funny:
From:
http://www.capmag.com/article.asp?ID=3248
(November 24 marks the 50th anniversary of Hollywood's leading executives and moguls firing the "Hollywood Ten". These ten filmmakers had been cited for contempt of Congress for communist infiltration in Hollywood.)
Their "ideal" was the sacrifice of the individual to the collective, a moral viewpoint endorsed by Marxism and put into practice by the Soviet government. It was an "ideal" that destroyed millions of human lives. The Communist Party championed by the Hollywood Ten was the same Party that — under the leadership of Joseph Stalin — exterminated millions of peasants in the Ukraine. The "persecuted" writers dutifully paid their dues to the Party whose reign of terror included murdering or banishing to Siberia anyone who remotely threatened its power. The Hollywood Ten littered their movie scripts with Soviet propaganda, the same Soviets who signed a non-aggression pact with Adolph Hitler. While the Hollywood Communists and apologists talked of peace, brotherhood, and workers' rights, their spiritual masters were perpetrating what is arguably the most murderous tyranny in world history, its victims estimated at 20-40 million people — not including the tens of millions relegated to a sub-human existence. Far from being pitiable victims, the Hollywood Ten and their followers have the blood of millions on their hand

Synopsis
Whether it’s Michael Moore or the New York Times, Hollywood or academia, a growing segment in America is waging a war on capitalism. We hear that greedy plutocrats exploit the American public; that capitalism harms consumers, the working class, and the environment; that the government needs to rein in capitalism; and on and on. Anticapitalist critiques have only grown more fevered in the wake of corporate scandals like Enron and WorldCom. Indeed, the 2004 presidential campaign has brought frequent calls to re-regulate the American economy.
But the anticapitalist arguments are pure bunk, as Thomas J. DiLorenzo reveals in How Capitalism Saved America. DiLorenzo, a professor of economics, shows how capitalism has made America the most prosperous nation on earth—and how the sort of government regulation that politicians and pundits endorse has hindered economic growth, caused higher unemployment, raised prices, and created many other problems. He propels the reader along with a fresh and compelling look at critical events in American history—covering everything from the Pilgrims to Bill Gates.
And just as he did in his last book, The Real Lincoln, DiLorenzo explodes numerous myths that have become conventional wisdom. How Capitalism Saved America reveals:
• How the introduction of a capitalist system saved the Pilgrims from starvation
• How the American Revolution was in large part a revolt against Britain’s stifling economic controls
• How the so-called robber barons actually improved the lives of millions of Americans by providing newer and better products at lower prices
• How the NewDeal made the Great Depression worse
• How deregulation got this country out of the energy crisis of the 1970s—and was not the cause of recent blackouts in California and the Northeast

Today I feel happier. I am better at life I feel. I know where my focus is. I know what I want. When I see it, my eyes light up, when I hear news about others attaining it, I listen. I know what I want and I know what I like. All I have to do is like it, love it and feel. What I feel is the highest for what I want. Attainment. I know where my focus is on and what my work is.
I went to Whole foods. I like to get watermelon and tangerines. I eat cherry tomatoes and avocados with dates. I had all that stuff yesterday. I feel very light. Can't say its all that great. Yet. I am hungry I eat. Then I do.
I got someone who wants to ghost write some experiences I had. I have another person wanting to collaborate on fruitarian book. Fruitarians are always talking about writing their own books aren't they. LOL. I guess I should do it first. Its easy. Babies can write.
People have lost their power over me. I still flip through hannels looking for beauty. I find it in weird places. In places like DC Chelsea Handler would be gorgeous. She was interviewed yesterday.
I also saw on TV a lot of guys mocking Earth day. It was hilarious. Those news station guys that talk with a lot of opinion. Gas and food is what is important now, not Earth day. Being clean sanitary yes, but that is not what giving up our rights over the Earth means, it means control over us. It's more marketable than Christmas the TV said. I heard that Obama is linked to a terrorist group, from his college days, that want to like blow up government buildings, extreme radicals. Not only that, but they all live in his neighborhood now. ![]()
I see alot of things on tv.
Plastic is man's great invention. So much good has come of it, it changed everyone's lives and its a lifesaver and everyone, I mean everyone in the world wanted it. That is good business. Now everyone wants to attack it, which is fine, the market changes, but I don't think that makes it bad. We all use it everyday.
I remember the book 1984. Its so scary but the TV is the screen, or is it the computer? And on it, they flash who to hate and everybody hates. THEY TELL YOU WHAT TO HATE. Then they flash who to love and everybody loves the photo on the screen. THEY TELL YOU WHAT TO LOVE. In 1984 there is always a war, because you can't have peace, without a war going on, and every war requires history to be re written to make the other side bad. The main character of the book was one of those writers. To me, I see it now with Big Brother saying the Earth's rights are more important than your individual rights. Which means down the road, ANYTHING can be done in the name of the Earth.
The worst dictators in history have replaced EARTH with GOD, Brotherhood, Reich, Proletariat, the workers, the reds, and they use such words as Sacrifice, duty, your neighbor, you brother, your dog, who knows, but people eat it up, they buy it because it is hidden behind some REAL benevolent ideal.
Plot
In 1984, Winston Smith lives in London which is part of the country Oceania. The world is divided into
three countries that include the entire globe: Oceania, Eurasia, and Eastasia. Oceania, and both of the others,
is a totalitarian society led by Big Brother, which censors everyone’s behavior, even their thoughts. Winston is
disgusted with his oppressed life and secretly longs to join the fabled Brotherhood, a supposed group of underground
rebels intent on overthrowing the government. Winston meets Julia and they secretly fall in love and have an affair,
something which is considered a crime. One day, while walking home, Winston encounters O’Brian, an inner party
member, who gives Winston his address. Winston had exchanged glances with O’Brian before and had dreams
about him giving him the impression that O’Brian was a member of the Brotherhood. Since Julia hated the
party as much as Winston did, they went to O’Brian’s house together where they were introduced into the
Brotherhood. O’Brian is actually a faithful member of the Inner-Party and this is actually a trap for
Winston, a trap that O’Brian has been cleverly setting for seven years. Winston and Julia are sent to
the Ministry of Love which is a sort of rehabilitation center for criminals accused of thoughtcrime.
There, Winston was separated from Julia, and tortured until his beliefs coincided with those of the
Party. Winston denounces everything he believed him, even his love for Julia, and was released
back into the public where he wastes his days at the Chestnut Tree drinking gin.
Symbols
Scarlet Sash - emblem of the Junior Anti-Sex league which all its members wear. Actually, it is camouflage
for Julia and other members of the party to give them the appearance of celibacy while they are actually promiscuous.
In 1984, George Orwell warns of the terrifying dangers that man may create for himself in his quest for a
utopian society. It warns that people might believe that everyone must become slaves to the government in
order to have an orderly society, but at the expense of the freedom of the people.
Quotes
“WAR IS PEACE, FREEDOM IS SLAVERY, IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH” The
two minutes hate ( on the screen) ended with this message which is the slogan of the Party.
“The past was erased, the erasure was forgotten, the lie became truth.” The narrator describes the way the party
manipulates history by changing all documents referring to the history.
“You must love Big Brother. It is not enough to obey him; you must love him.” O’Brian tells this to Winston
as he begins the final stage of Winston’s rehab into submission of the Party.
FRIDAY
- TODAY so far I had OJ. I went to Jamba Juice. Hand over money, get my OJ. Finish it in a few minutes.
- Yesterday I ate dates, avocados, mangos, cucumbers. A few greens to nibble on. I also chewed on celery when I was walking around town. I spit out the hard fibrous stuff.
- 119lbs. Wow, I had salt on my cucumbers and mango slices yesterday. I had a lot of dates and avocados blended together. I am pretty sure its the salt that made me gain weight because all I eat is fruit. Its funny. Its not what you eat, but how much. I eat alot.I am going to Costa Rica. I just put my Costa Rica ticket on hold.
- I have my hair wrapped up in a towel and am sitting here naked. My belly feels full. I am at home. I never want to leave here again. I want to be alone, by myself. Sometimes being with other people I am filled with disgust. Even those I put on a pedestal, spending too much time with anyone so close, it makes me feel...weird. I guess I still am a kid at heart looking at a world of monsters.
- GUESS WHAT on the GIRLS NEXT DOOR, HOLLY talks about the GREEN SMOOTHIES based on diets chimpanzees eat!! And Holly is reading GREEN FOR LIFE. It's the "We can work it out" episode when they make their workout dvd.
To eat Papaya with lime
Orange juice. For dinner, Avocados and dates.
I tried real hard to get into a raw food book at Barnes, its not in me, I mean it is, if I ever binge I will allow myself raw vegan, next time, but it's not in me.
I just don't want it. I like fruit. I don't even think about fruit.
Shel is taking me to a play in Coral Gables tonight. I am making him Trout a la Russo and Rhubarb pie. Something to do. I got invited to see Bon Jovi in Fot Lauderdale but I said NO.
It's so nice out.
Sunday
Today I had some Oj and now am drinking a banana and date smoothie with a sage leaf in it, the sage makes it seem, holy or sacred somehow, like pure or ethereal, minty, no, not minty, just airy, breathy fresh.
It's summer in Miami. Very nice outside, there are people around my pool, old men greased up with oil etc..
I watched a lot of tv last night. I plan on reading or writing today. Or doing stuff that makes me happy.
I went to a syrian place this morning, a market, open at 8 am. It had lots of tahini, halva, this weird vanilla honey, calf's rennet, all the cheese is pasteurized
all sorts of weird things. John McCain is a few blocks away from me today, at the Biltmore Hotel for a fundraiser. I wish I could go see what is up. That would be nice.
/
I had marinated eggplant cause I was hungry. YUK. I wish I didn't, ( but its fruitarian, Eggplant has seeds) now it will be in my stomach all night. yuk..I guess. I bought a mamey, THANK GOD> it will save me and make me feel fruity again tomorrow. Drinking banana and date smoothie.
.
How is it that some people are happy all the time and in bliss? I envy it, I want it.
A few more days and I will be in Costa Rica!!!!

Everything sounds perfect.

Hey Suvine,
That picture of you is my favorite of you. Your legs look so pretty. You have inspired me to come back to fruitarianism. Went back to raw vegan for a while but now back on fruit for almost two months now. Great diary you have.

Hey Suvine,
I am inspired by the way you are sometimes I feel exactly like you. You seem to know so much and when I read what you have to say you make me laugh sometimes because you are so entertaining ( in a good way lol).
I seem to make so much mistakes with men. I have almost given up on them sometimes. Sometimes I act like the man in the relationship give them just enough to keep them hanging on and wanting to no more about me. I have learned that they seem to like it more when they have to continuously fight for a girls love then to have her give it away so easily. N E WAYS
I have noticed that some people come on your site and say some awful things about you and I want to let you know that you shouldn't let them tear you down no matter how much of a sweet good person you are someone is always going to find something wrong with you and try to bring you down but don't let them bring you down because what you write is for you and really no one else YOU decided to share it to the world. So don't let them make you quit because I love reading about what you have to say. HELL delete their comments if you have to and just keep on going lol. Not trying to tell you what to do just trying to let you know that I care and I love reading your diary lol.

Hi
I enjoy reading your blog, but i feel you should realize you feel uncomfortable when people get to close to you because at some level you are scared they will discover you are not what you portray. They will see the time and the effort that you have to put in to be you and realise you are just like everyone else. Im not saying that is necessarily the case but you need to belive you are who you are trying to be or you will forever be afraid of people discovering the 'truth'

Kristy

I thought about it, and I say no, that isn't it.
I am not scared but annoyed when treated like a princess because in my life I like hard to get men.

You are very liberal. I like the way you express your thoughts. I agree with you 99% but if people are not fined or jailed for being intoxicated, the world would be chaotic and dangerous.
- I am not liberal at all. I am Libertarian- SUVINE
